Information you provide

If you submit a brand inquiry, creator application, or Zeroyd House waitlist application, Zeroyd receives the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, business or creator information, links, membership interest, and message. Do not submit bank details, passwords, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information through these forms.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess whether a campaign or creator opportunity may be relevant, and maintain business communications. We do not promise that submitting a form will lead to a project or paid collaboration.

Form hosting and service providers

The forms are configured for Netlify Forms. If the website is deployed to Netlify with form detection enabled, Netlify processes and stores form submissions for Zeroyd. Review Netlify’s current privacy and data-processing terms and include any other hosting, email, analytics, or storage providers actually used before publishing this notice.

Sharing and retention

Zeroyd does not intend to sell application information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or, when necessary and with appropriate context, with a brand in relation to a specific opportunity. Set and publish a retention period before launch; delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

Your choices
