Campaigns and creator opportunities

Submitting a form or joining the creator program does not guarantee work, payment, creator representation, campaign results, or a continuing relationship. Each campaign requires a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, deliverables, dates, usage rights, approvals, cancellation, and payment terms.

Creator content and rights

Creators retain rights in their existing work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. A brand may use creator content only within the usage rights explicitly agreed for that campaign.
